Once your order is received, a reserve-confirmation of your order
together with the total cost will be sent to you by Email.
Please note that goods will be reserved for a maximum of 5 working days* from the time of our confirmation notice while awaiting payment.

(overseas buyers will be advised separately, taking into account the time needed to arrange payment).

You will understand that we accept reserve orders in good faith from you, the customer.

When you receive your order confirmation from us, you know that the goods selected are set aside for you.

This can lead however, to goods being reserved, and no follow-up with payment.
Although this fortunately does not happen very often, such instances can affect supplies
and cause delays for the genuine Stylophone Sales Corner customer.

In such cases, we regret that no further reserve orders will be entertained from non-paying customers.

The NOCHEX system allows you to pay using your DEBIT CARD (SWITCH, SOLO OR VISA DELTA/DEBIT) . There is a one off SIGN-UP procedure, which will take a few days to complete the process. NOCHEX is based in the UK.
As with the USA-based PAYPAL system, this is a SECURE way of sending money over the internet, and the added safety is for the benefit of both the customer - and vendor.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Most goods shown as including post & packing are sent by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when weight allows within the UK. This - our normal service - is included in the stated price.

Overseas items are sent SMALL PACKET - AIR MAIL unless otherwise advised.

On heavier items (such as the 350S), or larger orders, the package may be shipped by Parcel Force Standard.

In all cases, a Proof of Posting Certificate will be obtained.
The methods shown above offer a LIMITED CLAIM for compensation in the event of loss or damage to your parcel.

If you require ENHANCED / INSURED postage cover to the full value of your order at an ADDITIONAL COST, please tell us when you place your order. We will then advise you of the new payment total due on your order.

All goods sent out are properly protected and clearly labelled, together with an affixed 'return address'.

In the event of a CLAIM for loss/damage to your package, we can help with proof of posting / dates etc. that may be required.
Please note that the CLAIM AMOUNT will be limited to the cover you have chosen as your shipping method.

Any claim for loss or damage - whether insured or not - must be made through the postal service by the customer.
